About us
IBE Youth Group is the youth ministry of Iglesia Bautista Emanuel in Aurora, IL. IBE Youth Group exists to know God and make Him known! Our youth group seeks after God's purpose for our lives as believers - that we would love God, love each other, and love the world. We meet Sunday nights at 6:00pm through the months of October - June every year. We host several events a year in hopes that we can help others in their walk with God and to reach those who don't know Christ.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
The Holy Bible was written by divinely inspired men and is God's revelation of himself to man. It is a perfect treasure of divine instruction. It has God as its author, its purpose is salvation, and its theme is truth.
There is one God, and only one, living and true. The eternal and triune God reveals himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, with different personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence or being.
Salvation implies the total redemption of man and is freely offered to all who would repent and place their faith in the person of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, who by His own blood obtained eternal redemption for the believer. In its broadest sense, salvation includes regeneration, justification, sanctification, and glorification.
